Shipping Policy

1. Digital delivery only

Zfuence is a fully digital agency: every deliverable — edited videos, thumbnails, project files and strategic documents — is delivered online. Nothing physical is ever shipped, so there are no shipping fees, customs or delivery addresses involved.

2. How files reach you

• Your dedicated Notion workspace — the default home for briefs, deliverables and approvals.
• Google Drive or Dropbox links for final exports and source files.
• Frame.io for review-and-comment workflows where preferred.
• Private links via email or WhatsApp for quick handoffs.

3. Delivery timelines

Timelines follow your package: priority pods run on 24–48 hour turnarounds, starter engagements up to one week, with a consistent weekly delivery schedule for ongoing accounts. Exact timelines are always stated in your proposal, and clocks pause while we await footage or feedback.

4. Access or delivery issues

If a link expires, a file won’t download, or a deliverable hasn’t arrived when expected, email zunayed@zfuence.com and our team will resolve it promptly — usually within one business day.
