1. Information we collect

• Contact details (name, email, agency name) you share via our forms or when booking a call.
• Payment details — processed securely by Stripe, Nsave, Elevate Pay or Wise. Zfuence never sees or stores your card numbers.
• Project materials: raw footage, brand kits and creative assets you (or your end clients) share for editing.

2. How we use it

• To run your Editor Pod — communicating about projects, deliverables and schedules.
• To process invoices and subscription payments.
• To improve our systems, SOPs and client experience.
• To send occasional updates or offers — only if you’ve opted in, and you can unsubscribe any time.

3. How we protect it

Client data and footage are stored on encrypted, access-controlled cloud platforms, and only the members of your dedicated pod can access your project workspace. Payment information is handled entirely by our payment processors — Stripe, Nsave, Elevate Pay and Wise — under their own security and compliance standards (including PCI-DSS).

4. White-label confidentiality

Many of our partners are agencies delivering our work to their own clients. We treat end-client footage and identities with the same confidentiality as yours, and we never contact or solicit your clients.

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with service providers directly involved in delivering your project (e.g. cloud storage, payment processing) and only to the extent necessary.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — including removal of stored footage after a project ends. Email zunayed@zfuence.com and we’ll action it promptly.
